Company is growing ,so there are opportunities for all. Here the company provides regular information,listens to, consider new ideas and continuously encourages growth both personally and professionally.Management gives constructive feedback when needed and praise when it's due.One can feel the connect between employee and employer and that's a big deal.

Nothing is perfect in this world. While we grow , there are things that are evolving.Its important to not get hung on what's wrong but to focus on what's happening right around us. Continuing to work here with more accountability, motivation and with a feeling that we are a valued team member of the company, excites me for the future.

I would say it's a great place to work even though we are working remotely but we feel like working together as we can connect with anyone anytime. Our CEO is the best I know so far and thanks to all the supportive team.
