I didn't find anything to my liking. They hired my employees without conducting interviews, promising assistance, but instead of helping, they terminated people within 3 days. They placed the blame on the employees, claiming they lacked knowledge. The individuals involved were the worst and it was a highly negative experience. It has greatly affected my confidence.

There is a particular individual, a girl, who insists that I must attend a meeting with juniors every day at 10:30 am. She claims it is a way for me to interact with the junior team members without wasting time. However, I questioned the necessity of having this meeting on a daily basis. After the meeting, she assigns a task to me and expects me to complete the task first half. I expressed my reluctance to participate in the meeting because I have already pre-assigned the task to focus on. She possesses a dominating nature and seems to have the favor of her senior. Terrible Experience at Ackrolix Innovations. 😠😡 I am the former employee at Ackrolix and I'm extremely disappointed with my time at Ackrolix. Despite putting in my hard work and dedication, they've belched my last month salary. It's quite frustrating to deal with them – The founder Jay & Subrata have no moral values & they are clearly telling me that they will not pay me the salary. If you're considering joining this company as an employee, think twice. They clearly don't value their employees and their commitment to fulfilling even the most basic obligation – paying your hard-earned salary – is seriously lacking. I advised others against working there . The company hired employees consistently failed to pay salaries on time . During my tenure , I observed a deadline in employee morale and work efficiency . Unfortunately , I didn't experience anything positive during my time at this company.
