As per clause 10 if you resign or they terminate you within 6 months they will demand minimum 3 months of pay. 4. As per management, if your family is suffering from cancer, its not a good enough ground to provide exception to clause 10. 5. Dislikes

Zero work life balance, they will make you work more than 12hrs or sometimes even more. 10 to 6 is a myth here don't get trapped. Previous managers had no sense or way of talking and we're totally inhumane in terms of assigning work or making you work on weekends. Just a tip, hire more people and distribute work evenly among employees and last do not overcommit to clients in terms of deadlines.
