As per clause 10 if you resign or they terminate you within 6 months they will demand minimum 3 months of pay. 4. As per management, if your family is suffering from cancer, its not a good enough ground to provide exception to clause 10. 5. Initial few days are challenging and overwhelming but it also helps augment your skill levels. Adapting is a very important part of working at this organization if you're able to adapt to the intensity you'll do decent

Work Life Balance is a mess, long nights early reporting time does make one's life challenging. There's no proper structure as such in the development department things happen randomly, no proper review system in place. Extreme levels of micromanagement. Even if you slog day in and day out even on weekends the management doesn't appreciate you make one mistake and you're crucified.
