Excellent Management, great learning opportunity as the comany operates in AI/ML and NLP, supportive environment, helping senior collegues and good worklife balance

Dislikes

Nothing negative as such, but we don't get the onsite opportunity. If management get some projects which helps to get the onsite opportunity abroad then it will be really good.

The company provides the opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies, such as ML AI etc. There is a conducive environment for learning the new and latest technologies. Management is highly supportive of innovation and R & D. They pay for performance. and high performers are rewarded appropriately.

Dislikes

It's hard to say that but I can say that if one is not a hard worker then he or she may feel that the environment is highly competitive.
