I really appreciated Accolite Digital focus on continuous skills development through training and hands-on projects, which helped me stay up-to-date with the latest technologies. The collaborative work culture was also great, with a supportive environment that encouraged growth and open communication.

Dislikes

While I had a positive experience overall at Accolite Digital, one area that could be improved is streamlining internal processes. At times, the processes felt a bit slow, which affected project momentum. However, I understand this is common in fast-growing companies and believe it's an area that can be addressed as the company evolves.

Everything i dont like anything about the company.In my experience, the HR department has created a toxic work environment, particularly when it comes to resignations. Upon submitting my resignation, I felt targeted and pressured to withdraw it, which made the process highly uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Hiring process sucks. The procedure goes up to 2 months and more, they release the letter on the last day at night and expect you to join the next day. Even if you have any emergency and could not join, they do not extend the date of joining. Management is poor. Do not join this company, opt for bigger and secure companies, they do not value employees here.

My experience with this company has been disappointing in several ways. The HR department has fostered a toxic atmosphere, particularly around the resignation process. When I submitted my resignation, I felt singled out, pressured, and treated unprofessionally. Clients are good. Some managers are good.work life balance depends on client and managers. I had good experiences in my project. On resigning all the leaves are rounded off to zero. Skills and development depends on project and client. Work from home based on client.

Dislikes

Some managers and directors are pathetic. They have no technical knowledge. They are just looking at deliverables and not the quality of work.

There are hardly anything to like about the company. I strongly recommend NOT to join Accolite until you don't have any options.

* Work culture is very poor. * company just hires on project basis. They don't have enough projects. * Salary wise this company is extremely terrible. Forget about the Hike, maybe you'll get 3-5% and that too on September where other companies are offering a bit sooner. * Leave encashment is NOT there. does't mean how many earn leaves you've. They're gonna nullify as you resign. * Company would ask you to start looking outside after completion of the project. * Management is total waste and good for nothing. Overall, I won't suggest you to join. Ultimately we join any org to learn, earn and grab some new opportunities. Here you won't get anything and work-life balance is subjected to the client. Initially when head count was less then company culture was too good and everyone was like family. But as we started growing we failed to maintain those family like culture.

Dislikes

No job security. After serving 11 years in Accolite I was told to look out side because they are unable to get project where they can make profit as I am highly paid. Also there is no growth in company after certain level. If someone is looking for short duration stay and ready to work day and night for long hours they can join.

Even after working hard , uncertain environment Growth : Forget career development , outdated tech stacks Management MIA : Leaderships is either clueless or indifferent.
