So many points 1. This organisation is good for working as a senior AR, but promotions are so delay there are multiple level of AR, SME, TL it takes minimum 3 years to move on ATL post from senior associate.. some of the supervisor are good rest are so mean.

Dislikes

Company is good for package and bonuses.. but not understand the person's situation and deduct the salary.. if production is not met..

The company has a good work culture and they were very specific about the sanitization and employees safety measures as lockdown is concerned.Overall a good company to work with .

Dislikes about the company is firstly the compensation or the salary is not justifying the work you are doing, it doesn't mean that the company does not provide a handsome salary but they loses employees because of salary issues , Secondly, they are hiring people from outside after rolling out the IJPs and then they cancel the same IJPs which they rolled out</mark>.
