Company is good and have lot of scope to grow. One of the best leading industry Shaji sir effort and other key Management effort we can see clearly.

Dislikes

Ground level few Manager's, Director and leads who incapable process wise and un professional people spoiling the company and process reputation, unfortunately this is not going in proper manner to next level management to take a control over this. Hope it will fix from roots ground level as well

Work Details

Work policy: Based on requirement few doing work from home few working from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
