Dislikes

No market revision on salary for existing employees. Most the employees are moving out half heartedly only because of salary concerns. Access can gain more loyal and stabilized employees if a market revision on salary was provided. This can be done atleast for the employees who work for more than 5+ years....Read More

Dislikes

There is no career growth after certain level you have to do same work but salary and designation increases you get struck .

Work Details

Work life balance is bit difficult you get feel.most of time in office but you can take leave .

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
