Salary was my biggest concern otherwise it's a good company

Salary was my biggest concern. I did not get enough help from my colleagues I mean the other team leaders. They speak behind my back a lot especially Arun S from foxtrot team in coimbatore. Sathish was my manager and he never helps anyone but takes credits for everything which is not okay for any employee.

There is no job guarantee.. they are facing huge loss. Company is in debt.. Huge revenue client was very much disappointed of the services they got, partial process moved to omega.. TL and managers are worst, they don't care about employees, they will only think about themselves, there is no value for your work.. they will replace you as soon as possible if you have some issues with ur TL(Ranjith in dlf) he don't have any knowledge . Never join in this company. They are unprofessional and unethical. Most of the people in management and legal behave arrogantly with bad attitude, especially legal advisor - Mahi Bala. she treat people very rude and nasty. She yell at the employees with derogatory words. If the management don't like you they will frame allegations on you, from there Mahi Bala will pitch in and get off her past life trauma on you with malevolence without even knowing anything about you. I never seen a women with such mental issues and I could not believe how such people are working in a corporate environment for more than a decade and how board of directors didn't even notice or identify them which concludes the poor standard of the company....Read More

Some of the TL are friends if u have a bad luck your will end up with phyco TL and manager tagging.

They are not even considered you as human , treating like a mechine which related to emotions of your will look deep low If you work hard you will get promotion depends on your TL , if TL had some favour on other partner what ever you do you will not get promoted
