Work-life balance is terrible! You need to work 9:30 hours a day instead of the normal 9 hours. Remote opportunities are almost nil in Accenture. Also, in the city's like Bangalore/Delhi, you need to spend at least 6 hours in long traffic queues, hence an employee gets 8-9 hours a day for his personal life. When he or she is supposed to sleep? Management level is awful who don't provide the necessary support to Level 11 or 12 employees. In some projects, employees are supposed to take 30-70 calls a day....Read More
