I have to chose between Virtusa and Accenture depending on below details: Accenture Fixed CTC = 27.5 LPA + 27% Variable Pay Virtusa Fixed CTC = 24 LPA + 10% Variable Pay which is 100% payable every six months = 27.4 LPA (Total) Virtusa is saying Client may absorb after 6 months and may give depending on the market standards. Work-life balance is terrible! You need to work 9:30 hours a day instead of the normal 9 hours. Remote opportunities are almost nil in Accenture. Also, in the city's like Bangalore/Delhi, you need to spend at least 6 hours in long traffic queues, hence an employee gets 8-9 hours a day for his personal life. When he or she is supposed to sleep? Management level is awful who don't provide the necessary support to Level 11 or 12 employees. In some projects, employees are supposed to take 30-70 calls a day....Read More

Dislikes

Insufficient/No support provided by the management to the low-rung employees especially related to the process. Discrimination between FTEs and Contractor employees(I don't mean the salary indifference)
