I am a formal employee for the organisation and I had a terrible time with Accentuate team and management . I joined as a trainee during the time , I was not allocated with any work or any knowledge that would help me in moving forward with my career . We were meant to have fake resumes with 4-5 yrs of experience as ask to clear the interviews which was impossible for me to do so . I was told after 6 months we will be paid with the increment but still there was no change , it was asked once you complete the interview with any client then only you will be incremented . The base salary that was provided was 10k that used to credit on 7th of every month , sometime that was also delayed by a week or two ....Read More
