High level pf micromanagement at client side Even home managers dont take any actions. Discrimination clearly visible between vendor and staff at client side,that is depressing Virtuda is just bothered about billing and least bothered about your skills,work etc. No ethics

Their training program is good. An educator will teach u through teams meetings, will give u practice sets which is excellent.

Dislikes

Hire and fire policy. If on bench for 3 months then u r fired. And they don't have much projects even for niche skills like informatica cloud, pyspark. Join this company only if u have 1 offer in hand. If u have other offers go with others instead of virtusa.

1) The training and leadership development team does an ok job of providing support services in the year. 2) Too many internal interviews proving to be a recipe for disaster 3) The company may soon rename to prometric testing center for exporting resources outside India 4) You may get 100 mails to return to office if you opt for work life balance and request work from home.

For all the sanctity that they talk about and awards they post on recruitment platforms, the company may have a lineage towards a recruitment agency Improvement needed in incoming talent pool
