ABWA CONT.CO.LTD is based on contracting company. This Co was established on 1979 and has been successfully manage the works for construction field specially iMEP Works. Now after collapsing of Saudi Oger Ltd. their works are slow down because they are much depend on Saudi Oger Ltd projects but still they takes the project for Fit-Ou t works from Azadea Group and other Clients. It is a medium scale Company run by Lebanese Management , Mr.Riad Jueidi is General Manager and partner of Company, he run another Company in Dubai name BIEL and Joueidi Group in Lebanon. The company & the management are very cooperative to their staffs. All staffs are very sincere & hardworking.The company provides reasonable compansation in term of salary & career growth.

I dislike the company policy for not providing the annual leave even it is in the contract.

Work Details

To work in this company I have to look after all the electromechanical work . The responsibility & position changes with requirements & time. This company is very good for the employees who love to work in challenging environment.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
