ABWA CONT.CO.LTD is based on contracting company. This Co was established on 1979 and has been successfully manage the works for construction field specially iMEP Works. Now after collapsing of Saudi Oger Ltd. their works are slow down because they are much depend on Saudi Oger Ltd projects but still they takes the project for Fit-Out works from Azadea Group and other Clients. It is a medium scale Company run by Lebanese Management , Mr.Riad Jueidi is General Manager and partner of Company, he run another Company in Dubai name BIEL and Joueidi Group in Lebanon. What I dislike is salary system. The staff those who deserve good salary and promotion they don't give.

Initially I work as Computer Operator/Data Entry later on I promoted as DOCUMENT CONTROLLER. I worked under operational manager and support him in various field like ,: - Claiming of projects Payment Certificates. - Helping in Bidding projects - -

The company & the management are very cooperative to their staffs. All staffs are very sincere & hardworking.The company provides reasonable compansation in term of salary & career growth.

Dislikes

I dislike the company policy for not providing the annual leave even it is in the contract.

To work in this company I have to look after all the electromechanical work . The responsibility & position changes with requirements & time. This company is very good for the employees who love to work in challenging environment.
