Working on multiple projects across various technologies can be challenging and, at times, overwhelming. The learning and skill development opportunities are excellent .People are helpful and encouraging, and it's mostly work-from-home , which is really nice.

Dislikes

The Appraisal was disappointing due to challenges with management, and the night allowance is very less. Additionally, there's no allowance provided if work extends till 3 am or 4am , even though it's outside standard shift hours. There is noticeable mismanagement at lower levels.
