The company puts immense pressure on its employees. This results in high attrition rate. There is zero worklife balance and severely lacks culture. Also the company policies are never created for the welfare of the employees.

I have been working with the organization for 3+ years and it has been the wonderful experience for me in order to gain knowledge on different domains. I have quite liked the work atmosphere and the incentive scheme of the company. I feel privileged to be working with Absas and continue to do so in the upcoming years as well.

Company culture, team management, compensation, appraisal is not as per skill.... Culture of oiling and buttering....They deduct 6.75%of salary each month illegally without any documentation. No work life balance

teammates were extremely helpful which kept the will to work. However the team leaders were not very considerate of the employees in my team. work life balance was as mentioned very poor. no regard for employees

As mentioned over pressurising is the employees is the way that the company functions. the environment could be different in other teams but I had a bad experience.
