The company puts immense pressure on its employees. This results in high attrition rate. There is zero worklife balance and severely lacks culture. Also the company policies are never created for the welfare of the employees.

I have been working with the organization for 3+ years and it has been the wonderful experience for me in order to gain knowledge on different domains. I have quite liked the work atmosphere and the incentive scheme of the company. I feel privileged to be working with Absas and continue to do so in the upcoming years as well.

teammates were extremely helpful which kept the will to work. However the team leaders were not very considerate of the employees in my team. work life balance was as mentioned very poor. no regard for employees

As mentioned over pressurising is the employees is the way that the company functions. the environment could be different in other teams but I had a bad experience.

Absas solutions Pvt Ltd provides a good corporate ambience to the employees.

Dislikes

This company is absolutely bull shit. The management doesn't know how to deal with employee motivation. Overall, the centre head (Archana ma'am) do not care about employees' satisfaction. Hire & Fire is its culture. Poir ethics and expose employees with legal papers..

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
