A decent organisation with unique work culture and employee friendly atmosphere. It coukd attract a lot of employees with it's one of a kind employee centric way of working.

Dislikes

The business sector is confined to 3,4 therapy areas, which needs attention. They could come up with new ventures such as new divisions and speciality focus.
