1.The video needs to be uploaded every day, and if the work is not done, the salary gets cut. 2.If you don't answer a senior's call on a holiday, the salary gets cut. 3.They call you to the office whenever they feel like it.

I did not like following things in Abacus Desk : 1. The culture is not too good for growth 2. No one here is interested in knowing your opinion or taking any advice from you. 3. There is politics in this company. There is one person in CRM department who is here from a very long time and have full power over every project and over e very employee 4. Here in Abacus Desk you have a chance to learn what you want how you want, you have enough time to study and learn along with work, that this place is best for one who want to grow his/her skills but him/herself only. You won't get much support from others/seniors because there is very less seniors over there. You got a platform you what can yourself. Company usually hires freshers, mostly who can get trained and work for free at least for few months....Read More

Dislikes are you've to manage yourself along with others. Management is very poor, either in terms of project management or in human resource management. You won't get promoted yourself even in 3 years. Company won't give you any facilities except some basic ones. there is no structure of project management, coding or documentation o r regarding any technical tools people use now a days<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Even there is no documentation structure of employee either for verification or regarding salary, like PF, Salary Slip, Job/Offer/Appraisal type letters, Medical Insurance and other thing in employee benefit till date</mark>. You may have to work in multiple sector/technologies. But still this company is best suited for non IIT/IIIT/NIT background people, who use to get educated from local colleges and want to learn with passion from themselves. Here is Abacus Desk I was working as a Backend Developer in PHP core and frameworks. Earlier I use to develop E-Commerce websites too. Also I was working as Hybrid Mobile app developer. With some more responsibilities but only for the project I'm working.
