Dislikes are you've to manage yourself along with others. Management is very poor, either in terms of project management or in human resource management. You won't get promoted yourself even in 3 years. Company won't give you any facilities except some basic ones. there is no structure of project management, coding or documentation or regarding any technical tools people use now a days. Even there is no documentation structure of employee either for verification or regarding salary, like PF, Salary Slip, Job/Offer/Appraisal type letters, Medical Insurance and other thing in employee benefit till date. You may have to work in multiple sector/technologies. But still this company is best suited for non IIT/IIIT/NIT background people, who use to get educated from local colleges and want to learn with passion from themselves. Here is Abacus Desk I was working as a Backend Developer in PHP core and frameworks. Earlier I use to develop E-Commerce websites too. Also I was working as Hybrid Mobile app developer. With some more responsibilities but only for the project I'm working.
