Competitive work environment provided by the company & I personally learnt a lot before I moved out few months back.

Yes, Certainly the technical team and operations team were good but the person MU so called HR manager is worst person have ever seen, Many people left because of her nature as she is in fight with her husband for divorce and always kept shouting on people as she were having the complete authority on hand. two executives including myself been working hard and she used to take the credit of our work in front of the seniors. She is useless and looser on professional as well as personnel front. Rest all in the company is good....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
