They get your original certificate and won't mention that they are getting the originals in appointment or appraisal letter, No proof of work is provided for 1.5 years. Even salary slip, appointment letter, or appraisal letter won't be given. Many politics, they do unprofessional approach to their clients. Salary is just 10k someone receive just 8k. Appraisal are needed to be improved and there is no pf and esi or any other think. For New joinees 1 month there is no salary the second month are you billable in project you get half of your monthly pay in the third month ending you get the exact salary u discussed or else based on the company policy it's may differ. Job security is that another big question mark.

Bit interesting and bit struggled, no formal class room training, training be like learn from your mistakes. Area based learning on the beginning stage and you may explore later. Both services and products based project they do.
