It's unfortunate that the work culture is not favorable, and salary isn't provided on a monthly basis,we need to wait for 1 and ½ month to received our salary with no appraisals. This can be frustrating for employees and impact their job satisfaction. It's essential for companies to address these issues to create a more positive and motivating work environment

Dislikes

Aalyam Realty lacks increments, sick leave, casual leave, and job security, and that employees are required to work on holidays. These are important factors for job satisfaction and well-being. Companies should prioritize the welfare of their employees to maintain a positive work environment and retain talent

Security is worst, they don't respect employees, work is soo baad , even don't give training, we have to learn by ourself.management is very bad and every time we have to go and ask for salary it's about begging. Giving targets always and daily mental pressure even also Sunday's and no holidays on festival's time.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is bad and career growth is slow.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
