So far the company felt good work culture wise for night shift employees they provide diner meal and cab for pickup and drop.

Dislikes

Company handels terminations extremely poorly, I have seen people get terminated just in 15 minutes without any prior notice or a formal warning. It was upsetting

Not much to say but internal exposure to work with different teams/sides of business provides good learning, which happens with all startups as you do work in silos like in big MNCs

Work culture with micro management and internal politics from bottom to top with full of lies was pathetic. No work life balance, working over weekends on regular basis with no compensation or comp-off in exchange. No transperancy, no KRA alignment according to roles, all mix up. Working with my manager Rakesh Verma was the best thing till date in my career. He is a gem of a person and everybody should get a chance to work with a person like Rakesh atleast once in their life.

The other management people are worst. Promotions are bad. Appraisals are bad. You are expected to just do some kind of magic overnight to meet their expectations.
