The team leaders, they dont even know themselvesbthe whole thing .. but expect you to do it. Always change staetegies and timelines No future in here It works for plansource and gives yoy hell of like no money for doing hectic tasks Shift times are 1 to 10 and 5 to 2 which makes it more worse Also no job secutity.. they throw people out once there main period is over They try to micromanage specially half knowledged people.
