I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Co-workers are good. Work-life balance is top notch and flexible work hours.

Dislikes

Management does not want to grow. Appraisals are not in timely manner and it is very upsetting. No such benefits for the employees. Not a very process oriented company.
