Growth is slow. Also leave policy is not applicable for trainees and interns so i feel atleast sick leaves should be allowed to them.

Nothing as such to like. If you are a fresher you can learn a lot of work, office politics and understand what a real work life imbalance is.

No scope of career growth or development and increment. All these factors are all say and no action. Because of this all the experienced people are leaving the organisation and only freshers are available with no actual work experience in the firm nowadays.
