We are happy to hear your positive employee experience and it motivates us further to make it even better for you. the organization mindset with the adoption of frameworks like Objective and Key Results (OKRs) is focused on measure what matters, this is assisting in making processes leaner and effective each day backed by strengthening of review mechanisms.​ This helps result orientation with required empathy, we are working on making this framework robust.
