Work is good only when our team lead or manager is supportive. company collogues are good. Seniors are helpful and it depends on teams.

Dislikes

There is no fixed schedule, and we often have to work on weekends, even for minor tasks. At times, the team lead can be authoritarian. While good work often goes unappreciated, any minor mistake is heavily scrutinized. Additionally, there are issues of internal caste-based politics.

1.We can learn more as the team will give heavy load works on our head . 2. Appraisal amount is very good . 3. Work flexibility, we can work at any time if there is no priority works . 4. Good opportunities for onsite

Dislikes

1. Work life balance is poor. 2. Appraisal won’t get on time . 3. Much pressure from project managers (Depends on team )
