In the offer letter they mentioned hike will happen in each year. But without any reason they are delaying to 1.5yr. Also work pressure is heavy.

Work is good only when our team lead or manager is supportive. company collogues are good. Seniors are helpful and it depends on teams.

There is no fixed schedule, and we often have to work on weekends, even for minor tasks. At times, the team lead can be authoritarian. While good work often goes unappreciated, any minor mistake is heavily scrutinized. Additionally, there are issues of internal caste-based politics.
