Immense scope to learn and develop skills. It has a diverse client base so helps in understanding multiple use cases and enriches the exposure and experience. The leaders guide and help as much as possible. The office is beautiful though a bit far. Working on a new SaaS product development is definitely one of the key things any body would want.

Dislikes

The coffee tastes bad, cafeteria could do with a lot more amenities. Work pressure is high and very strict on timelines. Alternative Working Saturday.

Things I like about ViTWO are as follows : - 1. I have found lovely colleagues at my time at ViTWO not only inside my dept but outside of it as well 2. All Head of Depts can be extremely supportive and they try their best to understand our problems and help us with it 3. I feel incredibly lucky to have left ViTWO, and I urge others to think twice before joining. They promise a lot, but all those promises feel like mere empty gestures. My time there was marked by a very negative working culture that felt more like a school than a professional environment. Employees are required to be in the office for a full 9 hours, even if their work is completed early, which feels unnecessary and restrictive. Management doesn’t prioritize employee engagement or well-being, and policies seem to be imposed without any consultation. For example, the sandwich leave policy feels overly rigid, and advisories often come through WhatsApp without prior discussion, which can be frustrating. Additionally, there’s no option for remote work, even in cases of health issues, which limits flexibility and understanding of employee needs. The company culture is positive and encouraging. The scope for skills and development is good to explore new domains and software. Employee engagement scale is higher, that is motivating to work in daily basis. Support from getting higher hierarchy is much positive to work independently.

Dislikes

I would like to share not in the category of dislike. It will be my positive suggestion to make the work schedule of 5 days working. As the maximum manpower is comes from teenager and middle age group, the 5 days working schedule will boost their work spirit and productivity will be handled more effectively.
