I'm fortunate working at 5D Solutions. I've started my journey from last 2 years and i never feel pressurised , demotivated at any point of time. Here in 5D, they always listen employees thoughts and try to implement if possible. Management never interfere in development issues never. They will listen employees suggestions, problems once in months in an event called TOWN HALL Meeting, in that they will try to resolve the problems and try to implement their suggestions if applicable. No one is biased here, everyone listens and understand each other. I think that's the speciality of 5D , where communication is the key to solve the problems.
