Being a project engineer here, I like the behavior of owners. salary on time, and contractor's payment on time.

since here no one belongs to the construction line, it's quite disturbing here, we cant talk about technical points. more explanations are required for your points. thanks

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
