There is no any bonus like diwali & other bonus and apperisalif you ask they can directly rejecting there is no policy of any bonus in our organization.

HR response, bonus and apperisal salary delay on every month as per promise date from 1 year of experience only 2 time I received salary on time.

Manager and Hr are liar, don't believe on what they say verbally, always ask them to mail officially to you. Manager is big liar and verbal abuser, he will be threatening you with the loss of job if you don't comply with his non official command. Don't ever join this organisation.

The company is lier. 1st they provide jobs after 1 month they will say that we are sorry we need the NISM GRADE 8 certified candidate for the jobs. Top management request us to do resignation.

There is Nothing to like in this company.

Dislikes

They give only promotions, you will not receive any increment with your promotion. 5% increment is fixed per not much than that even you get promoted. They are not following their own policies. HR will not provide or approve any allowances to you.
