Work Culture is good... if you stick to your manager they will tech you how to do what to do.. Look 2coms is good place to learn. you can grow over their. you will learn lot of thing.. how corporate world work.. yes some time you will face problem.. you have to face that problem.... so overall rating is very good for me..

No disliking toward 2coms because back then 2coms was home for me. yes you will feel pressure,And that pressure will make you a mature person.

Dislikes

I thought that staying in IT department in 2coms that not good Idea to begin with.. Instead of choosing it you can choose become recruiter.. you will be have a bright future if you pick recruitment profile in 2coms.. And nothing much hate about it..

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
