There is a lot of politics and the management , salary is decent but career growth is slow,there is bond 2 years before which you can't resign.

They are exploiting in the name of consultancy hiring people for less salary while hiring they would say after 1 year based on your performance you will be converted but that's a big lie pls don't join as off role employee in any concern.
