Only About Pune Location:- The only thing I liked is my colleague who were supporting & friendly in nature. Learning was there but for only 3-4 months. Talking about my previous manager she was good, understanding & supporting nature. Working in her team was a great learning experience. Thank You Diksha for being there.

The time they removed my previous manager & appointed a new one Abhinav from whom we all got to learn nothing at all and most of the people left after his joining because of his non-professional behavior. He wanted to make us work like a telecaller and treated in the same manner, So if anyone wants a telecaller profile then it's a great platform but not for HR Profession career. Salary they are giving is just 10k inhand which is very less as compared to the other companies and vendors in the market. Salary gets credited on 13th or 14th of every month. Incentive slab is also very low here which never gets credited on time. Work time is 9.30-6.30pm but even if you start by 9.30am they'll make you work till 7.30pm or 8pm which makes it around 11 hrs of work for just 10k inhand salary & there is no credit for extra working hrs. You cannot balance of personal life with this timing. Overall quite a good experience only & only because of my teammates who are my life long friends now and we all left due to the same reason. For freshers it would be exciting for not more than 1 Month & there will be no learning at all if the manager is still same. It's then gonna be a Hectic & Boring job.

Following is my experience with 2coms Pune - Unrealistic incentives structure (an employee must have 7 candidates placed in a month to receive the basic incentive amount.
