I worked around 3 year in 1Rivet, and it was like a family for me. Work culture is very good, though depends on project and project manager you are working with. I was not happy with compensation I was getting yearly, (though they provide great increment as per other companies).

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.On the job training is given to new joinees

Its been more than a year and they have supported us in all the ways specially in covid-19 situations.The Environment is Safe and all the precautions have been taken during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Dislikes

Salary growth is slow. Hr does not value for how much do you work individual's ,only they matter is the work you do for them . There is no increment after a year. Work pressure is high

I like almost everything about 1RIVET. The work culture is so splendid that, everyone feels like working for 1RIVET without a second thought. The owner of our company is the best person I have ever seen and it's not just I am writing here here, but my emotions says that. If you want to grow as a professional, you should think about 1RIVET. We have training programs on regular intervals. If you work whole heartedly, you will get the fruit full output here; mean to say you get a good increment based on your performance. As far as politics is concerned, we as a employees never ever thought of creating a political environment and same with our management team.
