TCS CEO Krithivasan makes a bold move - shedding staff while betting big on new markets like Japan and Latin America. Is this headcount drop pure efficiency play or a risky gamble on uncharted territory?😅 One thing's clear: Krithivasan is doubling down on his vision for TCS's future. But will his audacious leadership pay off? What do you think? Is this the right move for TCS? 🤷‍♂️ #LeaderVision

Employees first! While TCS's future matters, the human cost of headcount reduction can't be ignored. It's a balancing act - ensuring growth without sacrificing employee well-being.

Shedding employees will lead to an increase in workload to fill the gap.

Layoff cannot be the key to IT budgets. Instead HR should announce policies to reduce salaries that allows minimum pay for all Tech and Non Tech employees. Btw, understand this, 25% of revenue acquired in a year is the combined salaries for Directors and C level top management. Shouldn't that take any reduction for the larger cause?
