I look like a job hopper; I think it is going to impact my job search now.
I need guidance on how to go on to find my next job, and I want to be stable hence I am becoming picky.
I have 5+ years of experience, here is my story.
I worked at my first company for 1.5 years; I switched because I needed a hike which was deferred due to covid.
So, after making a move, I worked at the second company for 2 years, and I was literally not learning anything on the job. So, I made the move.
Here is where, I changed my careers and landed my next role at a startup, where I had 0 WLB and was in hybrid mode. Everything was great until they changed their hybrid mode to full time WFO. Protesting against this led to the company asking me to resign. So, 1 year here and then I scrambled for another offer to keep the paychecks coming
I had to find another company and it was the worst (permanent WFO, toxic and unhygienic place). I worked there for 7 months while I kept looking out.
So, this was 4 company switches in 5 years of experience. The next offer was my dream role...

It was permanent WFH and a startup. I worked there for 8 months and then things suddenly changed when they demanded extra working hours. I tried to do it but then it my managers feedback was that the output wasn't great.
So, he put me in PIP, which was more of a formality before asking me to resign.
Thus, in the last 5.5 years of work experience I have 5 company switches, and I am looking for my 6th offer. I want to go back to the MNCs after my unsuccessful attempts at startups in the last three years. The first two companies were MNCs.
I have started looking for jobs and I am not getting any calls or getting an interview. I am worried nobody wants to hire me because of this. I do not know how I should navigate from here in my career. Please advise.
