Escalations are usually handled in a very casual manner, hardly ever i have seen any employee being penalised for any mess up

Dislikes

Appraisals are a joke Management is not concerned about the project as long as the contract gets renewed No focus on qualities or improvements They align people with wrong skills for the wrong job,
