Vertice offers a variety of mortgages and home equity loans, including fixed-rate, adjustable, interest-only, jumbo, and government-sponsored Veterans Administration and Federal Housing Administration loans that are originated through third party brokers. The company operates about 15 regional offices in nearly 10 states. Wachovia acquired American Mortgage Network in late 2005.
