Location:
Role Purpose: As the Branch Commercial Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the branch's business strategy, ensuring operational efficiency, and achieving commercial excellence. This dynamic role involves crafting and executing initiatives to enhance sales performance, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize key processes. Working closely with branch leadership and cross-functional teams, you will act as a strategic enabler to meet and exceed business objectives.
Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
1. Financial: Identify growth opportunities, streamline sales processes, and support the sales team in delivering exceptional results.
2. Customer: Champion initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.

4. Process: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the branch.
5. People: Mentor and support teams to cultivate a culture of excellence and
innovation.
Key Deliverables
Core responsibility is to deploy a blueprint to deliver a Future Ready Sales
platform to deliver stronger performance in key areas such as Reach, Penetration
and In-Store presence
Lead the region to be a torchbearer of Sales best practices and frontrunner on
National initiatives execution in the areas of RTM, Building People Capability and
driving sales IT initiatives such as DMS and SFA
Identify RTM opportunities at a regional level, align key stakeholders to leverage
those opportunities by designing the execution blueprint of the initiative.
The role requires the person to have drive and assertion
Ability to communicate and negotiate with others in a logical manner
A friendly approach and ability to influence and persuade others, including those
outside immediate sphere of influence at peer level.

individual
Pre-requisite Role Requirements:
Essential Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with a degree in Management
from a reputed institute
Years of Experience: 5-10 years, of which 3-5 years in FMCG Sales
Desired Profile
o Currently driving sales development initiatives at region/national level such
as GTM, Sales Capability and Sales Force Automation
o ASM for at least 2-3 years having a flair for developmental and strategy
Preferred Age Group:27-35 years
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage change and develop people
Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
