Sales Officer - Modern Trade - Mumbai

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Re-distribution & Primary Sales.

• Implementing and monitoring the TOT conditions wherever an agreement is signed with

a MT chain.

• Implementing & monitoring Modern Trade inputs in form of promotions, display,

launches etc.

• Ensuring display, merchandising, listing and availability of stocks in Modern trade.

• Monitor and ensure fill rates and collections are within the agreement terms and take

action on chronic deviations.

• Conducting regular reviews with individual MT chains.

• Induction, training and developing Merchandisers and RDS.

• Review and supervise Merchandiser performance on agreed parameters and conduct

regular feedback on the performance.

• Demonstrate company values , ethics & pride through exemplary behavior

• Ensuring Distributor claims are made on time and settled

• Ensuring the retailer claims are settled as per the TOTs and settled to retailers thru RDS

and the details are maintained.
