Functional Reporting: Head - CE

Administrative Reporting:

Location: Ahmedabad, HO

Role Purpose:

To create various MIS reports at required frequency and maintenance of data base for the CE to support decision making.

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:

1. Financial: Data base will affect the business decisions.

2. Customer: providing prompt reports to the stakeholders

3. Process: following processes to make sure the system adherence and timelines are maintained

4. People:  Developing strong leadership and fostering a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company’s goals.

Key Deliverables:

· Publish various MIS reports as required

· Support various tech support for the tech platforms being used

· Process PR/PO as required

· Support CAM in creating business plans, monitoring and analysis

· Support head in creating required reports, analysis, presentation etc

· Support team members with required data and issue resolutions

Key Interactions:

· Very good knowledge of computer systesm

· Excellent hands on knowledge of MS office, SAP and other applications

· Good communication skills

Key Dimensions:

· Should have minimum of 3-4 years of experience preferably in consumer products and in to sales support role.

Educational Qualifications:

· Graduate and proficient in MSExcel course

Experience (Type & Nature):

· In FMCG or any Sales division of a company where the Sales reports are made daily.

Functional Competencies

· Advanced MSExcel proficiency

· Beginner level English fluency

· Positive approach
