Modern Trade Manager - Kolkata

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Modern Trade channel (e.g., hypermarkets, supermarkets, and convenience store chains).
• Ensure seamless execution of sales strategies, promotions, and initiatives at the account level.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned accounts.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
• Monitor account performance and recommend strategies for growth.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand consumer behavior, competition activities, and market trends.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales and customer engagement.
• Prepare and share regular sales reports, market intelligence, and performance reviews with internal stakeholders.
• Should handle Team under him.
