Commercial Officer

Role & responsibilities

Meeting Coordination:

• Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all materials and resources are prepared in advance.
• Take minutes during meetings and provide summaries to the director.
• Follow up on action items from meetings and ensure deadlines are met.

Project Management:

• Assist the director with project coordination, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables are completed.
• Help prepare and distribute reports or presentations related to various projects or initiatives.

General Office Support:

• Handle office supplies, equipment, and ensure office space is well-maintained.
• Assist with budget tracking and processing invoices related to the directors office.

Contract Review and Drafting:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure the organizations interests are protected.
• Ensure that contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitor contract execution and adherence to terms and conditions.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Monitor and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Identify potential legal risks and work to develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Assist in internal investigations and audits as needed
