Role Purpose:
This Role is responsible for driving Sales Development and Operational Excellence in the region. The role will involve developing and implementing strategies to enhance sales, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize operational processes working closely with branch leadership and cross- functional teams to achieve business goals and ensure a high level of operational efficiency.

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:
1. Financial: Responsible to support Primary Sales in RDS and Secondary Sales executing strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability for the Region.
2. Customer: Lead the region to be a torchbearer of Sales best practices and frontrunner on National initiatives execution in the areas of RTM, Building People Capability and driving sales IT Initiatives such as DMS and SFA.
Identify RTM opportunities at regional level, align key stakeholders to leverage those opportunities by designing the execution blueprint of the initiative.
3. Process: Core responsibility is to deploy a blueprint to deliver a Future Ready Sales platform to deliver strong performance in key areas such as Reach, Penetration and In-Store presence.
4. Capability: Train and reinforce structured way of selling in different categories of outlets to the FOS through our frontline sales team

Sales Performance Improvement: Implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.
Operational Efficiency: Streamline and enhance sales and distribution processes to improve operational efficiency.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Insights & Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends to inform strategic decisions and adjustments.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and operational issues.
Team Leadership & Development: Identify & execute training needs for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Foster a high-performance culture by setting clear goals, providing feedback, and motivating the team.

Educational Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline with a degree in Management from a reputed institute.
Experience (Type & Nature):
5 – 10 years, of which 3 – 5 years in FMCG Sales. Currently driving sales development initiatives at region/national level such as GTM, Sales Capability and Sales Force Automation. ASM for at least 2 – 3 years having flair for developmental & strategy.
