Your role in detail

1. -Coordination with internal and external teams for food supplies
2. -Resolving food tickets raised by customers
3. -Customer calling to increase food subscription
4. -Coordinating with Vendor for improved food quality and quantity
5. -Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations
6. -Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives
7. -Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
8. -Maintain safe working conditions
9. -Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of invoices and ensuring timely payments to vendors
10. -Liasioning with FSSAI department for applying/renewing food license of existing and new properties
11. -Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary
