- Lead a team of inside sales representatives to achieve or exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.

- Identify training needs within the team and organize relevant training sessions to develop the skills of team members.
- Streamline sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts, and provide insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, keeping the team motivated and engaged to achieve success.
Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
